InnoCSR organizes Responsible Industry Seminars for different industries to provide stakeholders dialogue platform for companies in China (Industry/CSR Trends Concentrated). To augment the learning outcome from the responsible industry seminars, InnoCSR will leverage the expertise of their in-house research team to develop Industry Reports.

Our Responsible Industry Seminar for Year 2010 has been announced. The seminar focuses on specific industry and begins with CSR Trends/Concerns/Growths and best practices in Hospitality Sector.

Responsible Industry Calendar 2010
Hospitality Industry | Date: March 17 | Shanghai | AGENDA
The hospitality Industry has been trying to go green for number of years. However, in a service focused industry, it has not been an easy task. With the commitment of ‘Better City Better Life’ in Shanghai World Expo 2010, more than 70 million visitors from China and around the world will visit Shanghai for this global event. The hospitality industry is suggested to join forces to create an era of sustainable tourism, which takes responsibility of its environmental and social impacts in the operation of their travel, tourism and hotels. This seminar will look at the methodology and recent innovative developments.
Automotive Industry | Shanghai
The automotive industry designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and sells motor vehicles, and its related parts have experienced tremendous challenges in the recent period of economic recessions. Volatility in oil prices and rising material costs has created an immediate urge for car manufacturers to realize SUSTAINABILITY through technological innovation. Tightened emission policies and conscious consumers have also triggered the greater demand for fuel efficiency, low carbon emissions and renewable fuel alternative products.
